The story behind...

From Athlete to Wellness Entrepreneur
My name is Kristina Majzlikova, founder of Wictuals, a growing wellness community focused on helping people build healthier lifestyles through better nutrition, supportive environments, and sustainable habits.
Sport shaped my life from an early age. I was a professional athlete, and discipline, health, and performance were the foundation of everything I did. But injuries ended my athletic career overnight, forcing me to ask myself an unexpected question:
What comes next when the path you built your life around suddenly disappears?
For a long time, sport was my identity. Losing it made me realize that my true strength was not only competing, but motivating and coaching others to reach their own goals.
With a bigger vision in mind, I moved abroad to study International Sports Management, hoping to continue working in the world of sport, perhaps even within the Olympic movement. However, I soon realized that the traditional corporate path did not offer the freedom or impact I was looking for.
So I decided to create something of my own.
After returning home, I launched the first local Wictuals Protein Shake Club, a place where nutrition, sport, and community meet. The idea was simple: create an environment where people could improve their health, energy, and confidence while being supported by a positive community.
Today, Wictuals works with more than 100 active clients and continues to grow as a concept that connects nutrition, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship.
Through Wictuals, my team and I help people become the best version of themselves. At the same time, we mentor young, ambitious individuals who want to build their own wellness businesses and create meaningful careers in the health and nutrition industry.
Over the last two years, I have partnered with gyms, health organizations, and universities, bringing education about healthy living into communities and inspiring people to take control of their wellbeing.
My mission today is simple:
"To inspire and mentor the next generation of wellness entrepreneurs, just as I once had to find my own path after sport. Because sometimes the end of one career becomes the beginning of something even bigger."
